The gym I climb at doesn't allow patrons to use powder chalk, but in my opinion, this is the next best thing! Quick drying and SUPER effective! Would 100% recommend to a friend!

I have used Petzl liquid chalk for a year or more. this chalk has great staying power, i generally don't have to stop and reapply mid climb.

Been using this for the past month at the climbing gym and I seriously love it. It holds up pretty well and is definitely better quality than other liquid chalks I’ve tried. Plus, it has hand sanitizer in the formula which is great for covid times. Only issue is it does come out pretty fast so having a climbing buddy to give some of my handful too is great.

This stuff works how you want it to. I would say slightly above average liquid calk. Haven’t found any excellent ones. So for the price, it works for me!

I've found most liquid chalks pretty unreliable - don't stay on well, etc.. This is a completely different story and will largely replace powder for me, even after restrictions loosen up. I am also using it for weightlifting, where it is proving similarly awesome.

This is my second time purchasing this item. I have used a few other liquid chalks and this is my new go-to. Gyms are suggesting liquid chalk in these current times and this is a great base to start up a project.

I like to use this first thing since my hands seem to be way too slick even with regular chalk when I start out. I use a lot less regular chalk when I start out with this.

I bought this a month ago and I’ve been using it pretty frequently. Normally I have to chalk up before every wall, but with this liquid chalk it’s maybe every 3-4 walls. I’ve also used it as a base as well and put regular chalk over it. Feel a lot more confident on some of the longer routes that my hands would typically be slippery on about mid way through.

This really helps my kids during their ninja warrior classes in providing better grip on the obstacles! There's not a lot needed to give good results.

Was told about this during a shooting class...sweaty hands and pistols don’t jive and when I was shown the petzl chalk liquid, it was a game changer. It doesn’t leave white powder on everything, and grip became phenomenal. I’ve found it useful for a ton of other household stuff that involved sweaty hands or needing good grip. Im not really sure how long I went without this...

This is the best liquid chalk I have used. Easy application and gave me a perfect grip with no slipping. I highly recommend using this brand.

Ive tried liquids from camp edelweiss mammut as well as home made this stuff is simply the best it stays on longer and i dip into my chalk bag waaaaaayyyy less definitely keeps friction at a confidence inspiring level use it as a base and dip once and youre good to go for at least thirty hard feet without a rechalk stuffs awesome!!!

I use this stuff at home so there is not a huge mess of dust piling up everywhere. It also great for full coverage. Sometimes when I am out at a crag I will use this for a base coat when working on a hard project and supplement other chalk as needed, but usually, this gets me in sendy spirits.

The Petzl Liquid chalk works exactly how you would expect it to. I always use it as a base layer of chalk at the start of my session on my hands. I also use it on my feet and it helped cut back on the slimyness I would get from having sweaty feet, also helped with odor in my shoes! The tube is probably only half full when new though, so the size can look deceiving. You will smell the alcohol when applying as that is I believe what sucsk the moisture out of your skin prior to it turning into the chalk. It does not last a whole session but I still like to start off with it as a base layer.
