Broke On 3rd Use!

Took a fishing trip to Montana. On my 3 rd cast I caught a 14 inch rainbow trout. As i brought it ro my net the rod snaped in half. So disappointed as I bought it for this trip. My return window has expired wvw though it was my time using it.

Poor Packaging And Shipping

I bought the 5'6 - 2 piece rod. I received a large box with the rod moving around inside. I open the box and there was no wrapping. The 2 piece rod was separate. You could tell it banged around as the wrapping on the cork tore off. I can't imagine how much this rod bounced around. I am really concerned the rod could be damaged and I won't know until I use it. Based on the shipping this rod went to multiple stops and at times went back to a previous location. Package was delayed. I don't understand why a fishing rod was not placed in a tube for protection. Debating returning.
