Thule Doubletrack Xt Vs. Thule Doubletrack Pro Xt

Misleading. Thule does not have a Thule DoubleTrack XT on their website, it only has the Thule DoubleTrack PRO XT that comes with locks and tilts feature with the bikes loaded (huge feature missing in the Thule DoubleTrack XT). Did not realize the differences before I made the purchase, very disappointed.

Don’t Waste Your Money

Iam going to return it to the store tomorrow. The rack is wobbly and and no locking pin to my hitch. Iam going to to put my 800 dollar bike on this crap.

Solid But Disappointed

I just bought this. The xt not the pro. Realized after getting it and driving back home an hour that it does not come with the lock cylinders or locking stabilizing pin. Looked up the pro and it shows it comes with it and tilts down for $50 more. I spent an additional 130 to get the pin and cylinders. Don't get this rack spend the extra 50 and get the one that comes with locks and tilts forward

Defective And Disappointing

I purchased this bike rack and I was so disappointed to see that there were parts of the product that were not made correctly, so the bike rack couldn’t be assembled. Additionally, it barely fit in my hitch and was held there by a bolt, not a pin. When I took it to the bike shop, they said Thule has been rushing their production lately, which has lowered the quality. I promptly returned and bought a Kuat from REI. They’ll actually assemble and install it for you!
