Excellent Camping Bag

Roomy, warm and very well built! Great bag when comfort is the priority over weight.

Best Bag I Have Ever Owned!

The base camp is incredibly spacious & comfy. The multiple zip options offer great flexibility for temperature management. If it gets super cold you put another mummy inside it. The only option I wish they offered would be a silk bag liner sized to fit the base camp bag

Base Camp Down Sleeping Bag

Awesome bag! It's big, but it's supposed to be, that's why it's the Base Camp. I'm 6'2", 270 lbs. and can move easily inside the bag.

Base Camp Bags.

We bought 2 base camp bags for camping out of our boat. They zip together and are very comfortable! Pack down small and are lightweight. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lightweight bag with a little more room for comfort!

Amazing Bag

Bag was purchased for my wife who sleeps very cold. No intention of using it for her below freezing but even 50 degree nights she gets cold in 20 degree bag. She hates the confinement of a traditional mummy bag. This bag is the best of both worlds? Almost offers the comfort of a regular bed with the warmth of a mummy bag. Was hesitant at first because of the roominess. For someone like my wife who sleeps cold but needs room this is the perfect bag from spring until fall. Ventilation, the ability to open it all the way and sleep like a taco. It also does pack down in a co pressing sack pretty well for a bag this size. Highly recommend

Base Camp Comfort

This is a Wonderful bag and is Ideally suited to Moto Camping. This is not the ideal bag for hard core hikers. . . but man it is comfortable AND its venting zippers work great for a wide range of temperatures! I use a Haven XL Sleep system ("Lay Flat" hammock) and this is the perfect bag or that application! I just did an over nite in the White Mountains where the temp dropped to the low 20's. . . . it was devine!!!

Super Comfortable

I absolutely dig this Basecamp bag. This bag is of great quality. I recently went on a 3 night camping trip. I have a 4runner that I am able to sleep in with plenty of room so I got the Basecamp bag to use in it. The bag is very big with plenty of wiggle room, which is important to me since I flip and flopp around at night. There is also space for the next days clothes I can keep in the bag. The zippers allow for the bag to open in various configurations. -1°c and I was toasty warm. P. s. I sleep with two windows open that i mesh over for that fresh air feeling.

Love It.

Awesome bag. Super roomy. I like the strap attachments for my sleeping pad. It keeps it flat. I can roll around without getting tangled. I love the ability to open it on either side and the bottom to vent if I get warm. I have slept in it around 30 degrees amd in the 50's and was super comfortable. I haven't opened it to quilt yet, but maybe this will put my summer bag to rest. It packs down nice, considering how wide it is. The down is lofty and has no smell. No regrets.

Most Excellent Bag

At 6’7” I find this to be the most comfortable fit ever in a sleeping bag. Snug as a bug here in Oregon.

Comfy And Warm

My husband is 6 foot tall and 250 lbs and was able to fit comfortably in this Basecamp Down sleeping bag from Sea to Summit with plenty of room to spare. This sleeping bag comes in its own storage bag and a thin bag was included. Plus it’s orange which he loves. Now we need to book a camping trip. I received this product compliments of Influenster.

Light And Easy To Carry

This bag really surprised me. When I got it and felt how light it was I didn’t expect it to keep warmth or be comfortable. Once unpacked the bag expanded to nearly double the thickness. It was also easy to roll back up and it into the storage bag where I’ve had to fight with other bags to get bag in its storage bag.

Light And Warm

I am impressed with this sleeping bag. The size is huge and super roomy for one person. You won’t feel restricted at all. It’s warm and super light. If you ever want to hike and carry this with you, you won’t feel it at all. But I am not sure if I love this burnt orange colored one. :-).
