The Saris® Bike Beam allows you to travel with your bike anywhere for easy transportation. The Bike Beam is designed for bikes with specialty frames, creating a strong top tube so your bike can easily hang on your bike rack without tilting or falling off during transport. Its easy to open, just slide to the correct length and attach the Bike beam to your bikes seat tube and stem.

Works Great

Bought this for taking my wife's bike to Machinac and the U.P. It was quick and easy to put on the bike and held it straight on the bike rack. Also easy to remove when ready to ride.

I Can Take My Women's Bike Anywhere!!

I bought this because I really wanted an old style women's bike (without a cross bar). . . you know the style we girls had when we were just kids. When I realized that I wouldn't be able to put the bike I wanted on a car bike rack I almost compromised and bought I bike I didn't like as much. . . but then I found out about this nifty little gadget and YAY! I can have my favorite bike and take it wherever I want!!! It's super sturdy and easy to use!

Tricky To Open

Works great for its purpose of creating a top tube on which to hang a bike on a car carrier or storage rack. Little hard to figure out how to open it but between three of us cyclists who were used to a different bar made by a competitor we got it open and clamped on.
