Tested My New Sleeping Bag

Tested my new sleeping bag over this past weekend in a Yorkshire bothy. Temperature dropped to -3 overnight, combined with a Stratosphere 5.5 mat, cotton liner and thermal underwear - I was comfy all night.

When You Look Forward To Going To Bed

There is nothing more snuggly than wriggling into a sleeping bag which warms up quickly when the weather is cold and grim outside - this sleeping bag does it all. I simply LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I went for the women's fit so it's not too long (I'm 160cm tall). It packs up really small (been used for mountain marathons) but retains all of it's loft even after being packed down for a few days, I love the fact the zip has an anti catch zip on it and the bottom zip opens independently should your feet need cooling down.

It’s Light, It’s Warm, The

It’s light, it’s warm, the pertex shell feels robust and damp repellent. Packs down into the bike bag brilliantly and the long size is a dream.

Weight To Warmth Ratio Is

Weight to warmth ratio is amazing. Lofts really well out of the niffty dry bag it comes with. Also included is a nice storage bag. A very high quality product that should over 20 years of service. My last RAB bag has.

Bag Arrived Promptly, Beautiful. Got

Bag arrived promptly, beautiful. Got my first Rab bag in 1995 for a Denali trip. It's still great but too hot and heavy for the more mundane UK work these days. This has been perfect so far for the couple of nights out I have used it the weight for warmth is first class. Thank you.
