Great Price On Nice Tent

purchased a tent for a very good price. tent was well made

Camper Bri W

I wanted to love this tent, but after the first use one of the tent pole metal grommets broke off and was not able to be put back on. After the second use, two more broke off. We also found the sleeves along the top of the tent difficult to push the poles through. We definitely prefer clips rather than sleeves. We returned the tent since it was breaking after only 1-2 uses.

Not Hard To Setup And Big Enough

Besides the color which is not ideal, the quality is good for the price. I do wish it had a little porch type area to prevent sand and dirt from getting in

As Advertised...

Bought this for my Cub Scouts 1st camping trip and it was perfect... Plenty of room for 2 with gear, and an ease to set up and break down...

Ok For The Price

This tent was too large for me and my wife. I only set it up in my living room. Quality was average. The plastic floor is nice. I can’t say anything about how it holds up in the weather. It’s certainly not the quality of a decent name-brand tent but ok for the price.

Great Tent!

We bought for a camping trip. It rained the whole weekend and we never got wet.

Good Deal When On Sale

Bought this tent for a trip with the kids. It's a good size and fits two air mattresses pretty easily. It's also pretty light for a tent this size. Unfortunately it is hard to set up and take down because of the design. It uses sleeves instead of clips to attached to the poles and the poles are quite thick and heavy and do not like to be easily inserted into the sleeves and also the shock cords do not like to keep the poles together. The poles are thick fiberglass and are too heavy for the elastic shock cords. I paid half price and at that price point I wouldn't complain too much but at full price I am certain there are better deals. If the design were updated to address those issues that would be helpful.

Nice Tent

It’s a nice tent but hard to put up. I’m not a fan of sleeves to hold tent poles.

Great Tent

Perfect sized tent. We used this and it fit 4 of us with ease. It was very easy to set up and break down. I’d recommend this tent to anybody. The easy breakdown and storage are both a huge plus in my opinion

Useful Tent For Occasional Use

Comes with a carrying case for easy storage. The tent is easy to put together, lightweight and compact. The inside of the tent is roomy. The material seems a little flimsy but was able to put it together without any issues.

Great Done Tent

The Quest Overlook 6 person dome tent seems to work great for our family of 5! I would say 6 people in it would be cramped. Setup took about 10 minutes and was much easier with 2 people doing it. I love how the instructions are stitched into the carrying bag it comes in. Makes sure we will never lose it! I also really like that you can have the cover on or off the tent. Plenty of room for a few air mattresses inside. Overall my kids loved it! We are not much of a camping family but do enjoy putting up the tent in our yard and having an at home outdoorsy experience 🤣

Quest Overlook 6 Person Tent

Tent is very spacious and easy to set up. It took 13 minutes to get the tent assembled with 1 adult and 1 child. Material seems to be quality made and should hold up well. Tent is very roomy and nice that when you step into the tent it’s elevated from the ground.

Spacious, Beginner's Tent With Some Good Storage Options.

I always test out a new tent in the back yard for a few days before using it in actual camping mode. I had a decent weekend here in the PNW, so I took advantage. Storage: One great thing about this tent is the storage bag. It is oversized. It's always impossible to fold up a tent in its original size. They thought of that and made a bag large enough to fit the tent in an average folding scenario. Tent stakes and poles all had separate, heavy-duty bags that all fit inside the main storage bag. Setup: Beginning steps (unfolding tent, threading poles) can all be done with a single person, and rather quickly. But it really is a 2-person setup once it's time to raise it up. It was a very snug fit for the poles to reach the anchor grommets. But once you get the first pole in, the second was a breeze. The rain fly fits well over the top and clips into the corners with plastic clips. The clips do feel a bit cheap, and I am curious how long they will last after a few setups, weather, and takedowns. The rain fly has a great little awning lip at the door to help keep weather out. The stakes are the typical, thin, push-in style that come pretty standard with all tents. I will be switching to an aftermarket style that hold in the ground better. In all, setup for 2 people first time was 20-minutes. First-look: The tent is very spacious. The door is large, and the other sides are just mesh windows. The only way to have privacy is to have the rain fly on the tent. The tent has 3 sizeable mesh pockets, and a mesh shelf that attaches to the ceiling. A flap for power is well labeled so you can run an extension cord into the tent. The stitching on the hole seems a bit weak, and I will be curious to see how it holds up to the weight of an extension cord. The rain fly covers very well, and still allows plenty of ventilation. However, your only window will be the mesh window on the door with the fly on. It also has a top vent that can be opened or closed (from the outside) with velcro.

Great Tent For The Price!

Overall this is a really nice tent for the price. Everything is really well packed and instructions are attached to the carrying bag and really easy to follow. We did an outside practice run and it took about 15 minutes to unpack and set up and tear down the tent. We did not stake or attach the fly on this test. Also, unlike many tents, this is a tall tent, tall enough for a 6 foot man to stand upright at the tallest point. My favorite part is how easy it was to pack it back up into the carrying bag. It is roomy, not a tight duffel like many other tent bags. You could even store other accessories in the bag if needed. The basic tent without the fly would also be a great secondary tent to set up and use as a bug screen for meals during the peak buggy seasons.
