Fantasfic Overall Bike!

Ive had my bike for a few months, Ive done routine maintenance and kept it in nice shape and out of the rain. It hasnt let me down and im very impressed with the smoothness and specifically the brakes performed great. Bike was great overall.

27.5 Colorado Mtb

Bike seems nice overall and the guy the help us pick them out was awesome but the bike tech team at the new phila location absolutely terrible tires were flat handlebars were assembled. Wrong bolts were loose and brakes had to be adjusted . The most irritating part is I had to come back the next day to pick them up so the tech could go over them for them to not even be looked over.

Great Service

Just bought today after a long mishap using ship to store. I was able to re order and pickup at a new location where the Bike attendant Tony happily greeted me and got me through with the bike pick up showed me the quick release feature and did a great installment on a new bike seat. Definitely the kind of person you want to take care of your bike

Disappointing Design Flaw – Seat Height Restricted

Poor frame design. The pre-drilled holes for the water bottle cage block the seat post from lowering fully. I’ve never seen a small frame mountain bike that prevents shorter riders from lowering the seat to a comfortable height. Highly disappointing. Also the bike department was not helpful in cutting the seat post to workaround this issue. The picture attached shows the lowest position the seat will go.

Garbage. Lasted a few rides around the neighborhood, but the service at the store was bad too, so at least it was consistent.

Nice Looking Bike!

Beautiful looking bike, love the color. Ordered online, and staff at the store had the bike built and ready for pick up within 2 days of purchase. So far so good as far as the ride!

Squeaking Noise, Pedal On The Fringe

I gave it a one star because the bike is gorgeous. But outside of that? It’s garbage! It makes Noise when you’re pedaling, and the pedal sounds like it’s to shakes away from breaking off. I should’ve left it in the store when it was squeaking but the rep assured me it would stop. It only got worse and their repair department is to be desired. Stay away from this brand.

I had to do an order pick up because I had the Rakuten app. He was patient calm! Didn’t rush me, answered all my questions, it was an upgrade for my son’s bike, so we had some questions and he answered them all! Very rare to see employees these days who are so kind and willing to go the extra mile! Restored faith in the retail world! Thank you Sam!

Broke Within A Week

Purchased this bike online and the pedal and gear shaft snapped off within a week. Took it to DICK’S to repair and they stated they could not repair it. Do not recommend.

This bike is great ALL-AROUND for the price. The paint job is actually done pretty well surprisingly also… just a nice little bonus. I would definitely recommend when it’s on sale.
