Solid Bike

My 15 year old son put the bike together & commented: Very solid bike all around. Definitely suitable for mountain biking with the front suspension fork and nice brakes. The hydraulic brakes are a nice addition especially for the bikes price point. Also assembly was rather easy.

A Bike For Serious Trail Riding Performance

This bike is built for real off trail riding. Sturdy with a very good suspension, built to handle rough going. Disc brakes worked great and the gears shifted smoothly. The big knobby tires really provide a firm grip. That said, I don't think I am the type of rider to truly get the max out of this bike's abilities. I'm more of a off-road, on improved trails, but not on technically tough trails. For my type of riding, this bike did lack in comfort with the handlebar and seat type / positioning. For the more casual trail rider like myself, this bike is lacking some of the comfort that I want to have.

High Quality, Very Stylish Bike!

This bike is great. I absolutely love the color scheme, especially the matte finish. This bike is solid with a very sturdy frame. Big tires. Definitely will handle a good mountain biking adventure. This came in a fairly small box unassembled. It was very easy to put together and the instructions were great. The bike is very comfortable and rides very smooth. This is definitely the bike to get!

Nishiki Colorado Comp 29" Review – A Solid Ride!

I recently received the Nishiki Colorado Comp 29" in Size-L (Black/Gray), and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance and quality. The aluminum frame strikes the perfect balance between being sturdy and lightweight, while the hydraulic disc brakes are an absolute game-changer. They provide smooth, reliable stopping power, even in challenging conditions. The frame was bigger than I expected, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It adds to the overall solid and confident ride, making me feel more stable on various terrains. As for assembly, it was super straightforward and only took me about 30 minutes. With an extra set of hands, I’m sure it could’ve been done even faster, and once everything was put together, I was good to go. The gear shifts are incredibly smooth and efficient—no lag or misfires, even when I pushed the bike a bit harder. The tires also stand out. They have fabulous tread, offering great traction on different surfaces, which definitely boosted my confidence while riding. Although I haven’t been able to get in as many rides as I’d like due to the intense heatwave and afternoon downpours, the few times I’ve been able to hit the trails, the bike has exceeded my expectations. I’m looking forward to the cooler fall season when I can really put it through its paces. One feature that stands out is the adjustable suspension. Whether I’m cruising along smooth trails or navigating rougher paths, I can easily fine-tune the suspension for maximum comfort and performance. It's an awesome feature for riders of any skill level. All in all, the Nishiki Colorado Comp 29" offers outstanding value. If you’re in the market for a versatile, durable mountain bike, I’d highly recommend giving this one a try.

An Amazing Off Road Bike

This bike is absolutely amazing. It has all kinds of features that you didn’t even know you wanted or needed. The tires have fabulous tread. The suspension is on another level. The attention to detail is amazing—rubber grip handles, lovely seat leather, and brake handles. It is a large bike so more for an adult man size. This bike is great for everyday training and traveling to off road exploration.
