    Great Bag

    Extremely lightweight and pack able, can’t wait to test is this year

    Light Weight!!

    The sleeping bag is extremely light weight and easy compacts into bottom compartment of my bag. I used the bag at Glacier Peak WA, the light weight made it easy to carry during multi day hike.

    Great And Comfy Ul Bag

    I have been looking for a lightweight sleeping bag that is comfortable in the mountains. This one checks all the boxes. Used it last week on the CDT in Northern NM last week and was really happy.

    Great Bag

    Light and warm. I am 6'6" and 240lbs, so I have the long bag. I have room in the shoulder and hip area to move and this bag allows me to move inside it without twisting it up, it is awesome so far.

    Game Changer!

    Everything I loved about the ultralight sleeping bag, but without all the things I disliked! The zipper is now a little bit more to the front without being entirely up front. This makes it much less awkward to close up at night and deal with the zipper all together. It is still mummy shape which keep me warm at night during colder canadian nights. The headwall seems to also have changed and it wraps my head so much better than before. It feels well protected and warm, even without a proper pillow. Also, can we talk about the fact that the bottom can open up?! I can now walk around camp fully wrapped up, and THAT is the true game changer! You would think adding a zipper down there would make the bag so much heavier, but it still packs quite small! Absolutely LOVE it!

    Got this for my wife for our Alaska hunt later this year. She’s one of those 5 blankets on the bed and the ac is set to 75 kind of people. We tested this sleeping bag out in the back yard on a cold night was roughly in the 30s and she said she slept great. Should be good to go.

    Great Sleeping Bag

    I just used this sleeping bag for the first time and it’s the best one I’ve ever had. It does great with colder temperatures. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new sleeping bag.

    Very Warm And Comfortable

    Camped in 30-degree weather and this sleeping back kept me nice and warm. Loved the ability to vent the upper section and open the footbed to increase airflow to your feet. Highly recommend.

    Love my Coda, Did use it just couple times since my purchase but the features arefor me, a plus. I'm 5'3 and the short one is roomy enough.

    Great Year Round Bag

    After using Ultralight quilts over the past few years, I love how warm this bag is. There are tons of great features like the zippered foot box and vents which make it suitable for summer use, but the traditional bag design make it very warm to use in the winter as well. I put several hundred miles and many nights of use on this bag in Alaska, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico and it's still going strong! Even with my dogs getting it dirty, it doesn't show any signs of breaking down. I also like that it balances weight and performance. This is a solid choice for a versatile, ultralight sleeping bag.

    Cozy

    This is a warm and cozy bag. I have the regular size that feels long to me cause I'm 5'6", but I could not justify trying to fit into a short. That aside, many bags leave space that your body has to fill with warmth before the bag starts to warm up...As bags get older, they have a harder time trying to maintain warmth cause the down begins to flatten or thin, leaving more airspace. This air space gets cold and the sleeper needs to wear some more clothes or fill the space with stuff so that the sleeper does not have to fill the bag with its own heat. This latter thing has happened to me. My old bag, which was a 17-30 degree bag is now a 25-40 degree bag. It's old even though I love it. Soooo. This bag takes away that problem by seemingly filling the empty spaces. It's not tight, it's just soft and cozy. So you do not feel restricted at all. The gills, I can't comment on yet. On this bag, there is only one gill. And the internal zipper tends to be "present". I wish the zipper to get in and out were a little longer so it was easier to ... get in and out. the hood is a little tighter than I would like. And at 2lbs 9 ounces, it's a little heavy. The foot box zipper isn't that helpful unless you are in warmer weather. But I wear EE booties, so my feet don't sweat. I have a single-wall tent, so there is usually (not always) some condensation on the tent's inner walls, I appreciate the special fabric around the foot box and at the top of the hood to keep them dry. Make no mistake this is designed to be a warm bag. and that is what it is. cozy and warm, without the need for stuffing or extra clothes. I would not take this bag in temperatures 50 or above. You get in, get warm, and go to sleep. Note: as part of the review, I am required to say whether I would recommend it or not. I find this bag, a situational bag, I would recommend it for shoulder seasons. But I don't feel like it's a three season bag. And it has just enough going against it (the gill zipper, ingress/egress, etc.) that I can't recommend it. But I do like it.

    Incredible Bag, Thoughtful Features

    If you want to a top notch bag this delivers. For a mummy bag, the long fits me really well at 6’3 with enough shoulder width to be surprisingly comfortable. Excellent build quality. Love the waterproof head and foot box and the thermal gill in no joke when it’s warm. Can’t say enough good things

    Great Sleeping Bag With Tons Of Clever Features!

    Just got this bag and I'm stoked to be upgrading. the thermal gills work very well, and the full collar is great for keeping drafts of your neck. can't describe how much I love the zip at the bottom. The only complaint I have is that the advertised compressed volume differs from reality. I got the Long length and the spec sheet says it should compress to 6L. I was barely able to get it into a 10L stuff sack. Maybe you can get it to 6 with an industrial vacuum chamber, but no chance in the field. Love everything else though!
