Its A Deathtrap 🤣

Got this last year and has been a total nightmare after around 3 months of owning, maintained it about twice a month to keep it in good shape but i guess that didnt help. Ive never really been able to hit jumps or drops but around 3 months of owning it i was trying my luck hitting jumps. Got real good at it and then boom, derailure hanger snaps. Never cased the jumps and they were not big AT ALL 🤣. Got that fixed and then days later the bearings for the swingarm were shot, and then the forks. Btw, the only thing holding you back from blowing these shocks is a plastic tab. Please keep that in mind. Im sorry to say it, but this is honestly a deathtrap. All the good reviews were promotions where they were basically told to say something good about it and they keep it. You can get a much better full suspension for the price. Mongoose, step up ur game please.

The Mongoose Salvo is a solid choice for both beginners and experienced riders looking for a reliable and versatile mountain bike. The bike. provides a smooth ride over rough terrain and brakes very easily with no resistance. Putting the bike together was a bit tricky but fun nonetheless.

Great Bike

Mongoose makes a great bike. The instructions on the other hand make building it way more complicated than it needs to be. It took close to an hour to build and we’ve assembled several bikes before. The gears shift smoothly and the ride is great, especially for its price point.

Best Quality Mountain Bike 🚵‍♀️

My family absolutely loves this bike. The quality is amazing!! Both my parents and I felt the light weight of this bike. Very smooth to ride. The design is beautiful too. The feel and look is so high quality. I would recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for good quality Mountain bike. This would be amazing in Nevada mountains. The installation was very simple but just need the right tools on hand. The bike doesn’t come with the tools but honestly you don’t need much ⚒️ Probably used like 2 tools max. It comes with a booklet with all the information from the instructions and to the care of the bike. Safety is heavily emphasized. I absolutely love the care and detail put on this product. There is also instruction videos if you are stuck and customer care number. I am highly satisfied with this Mongoose product . 🚵‍♀️❤️

Great All-terrain Bike

I was pleasantly surprised by this bike! I am new to biking but I have friends who are avid bikers. I love the features on this bike, the ability to change the suspension and the height of the seat. The brakes are great, firm and do their job. The color was great, such a pretty blue! It was easy to assemble, I had to air up the tires a bit and then that was it - ready to go. It comes with a manual for the rear shock and other than that it's all pretty self explanatory. Definitely impressed!

My Husband Is Excited

This was by far the most fun product we have received to interview, my husband has been researching bikes and when this arrived he was over the moon and couldn’t believe we could review this. He is 5’7 and it fits him like a glove and he can’t wait to use it more when we get less snow and ice! We can’t wait to ride together in spring now! Great quality, great build and beautiful color!

Super Great Mountain Bike For Beginners

I was extremely shocked by the quality of this bike. It not only is a beautiful blue color, but it has front and rear spring loaded suspension as well as is set up at a 1x9, having 1 front gear and 9 rear gears. The bike came extremely well packaged as well with extra plastic pieces to protect vital parts like the front brake rotor and the bottom of the front suspension. Straight out of the box there is some setup which could definitely be daunting to beginners, but it wasn’t too hard and the bike comes with instructions for setup as well as information for getting help setting up your new bike. Once setup, I played around with the shifting and found the derailleur shifted very smoothly through the 9 gears with little problem. This bike also came with flat pedals which was nice because most bikes I have purchased have not included pedals. As an experienced mountain biker I really appreciated all the features and the overall quality of this bike. I think this bike would be perfect for any beginner looking to start their journey into mountain biking. It is very solid aluminum and would be a great learner bike. I am excited for the weather to get better here in the Midwest so I can truly take this bike out on the trails and try it out!

Bike Rides And Feels Amazing

I received this product to review and we are absolutely loving it. The bike comes in a large box with few parts requiring install such as handle bars, front wheel, reflectors, seat and pedal wheels. Everything is wrapped and protected for shipping. It comes with nice owner’s manual. It took me lil over an hour to unbox and assemble. The large frame is perfect if you are tall but shorter person could fit on the large frame as well as the seat is lots of room for adjustment. The bike is fairly light which makes it nice to pick up and maneuver if needed. I mean the bike rides and feels just amazing. It is very sturdy and the shocks really do a good job. I definitely recommend it, if you’re looking for a great bike.
