Pro fits a tighter than I would normally would wear but once on they fit like a gloveI would say to trust the fit. I went out on a ride with a cycling buddy with base layer, it was 10 degrees then went up to 14 degrees. In this temperature range it was fine but towards end of ride had to put on extra layer when temperature dropped to around 9 degrees It is a lovely piece of kit and the bright orange colour is great. Arm length which can be difficult for me was also spot on
