Kelty Sunshade Has Served Us Well For Years

We've used Kelty sunshades for approaching 25 years on our Outer Banks beach. Started with one. Now we have two. Particularly ideal for a family with young children, now a family with young grandchildren. Protects them from too much sun, giving them a place to get in the shade. Great place for the babies and toddlers to sleep. Now it's a great place for we senior citizens to sleep. At 74 I can still erect them by myself. The fiberglass poles begin to split/crack and eventually need to be replaced or repaired. I've even wrapped Gorilla tape around them for on-site repair.

Heavy, Annoying, Frustrating, Bulky.

Difficult to set up with one person. Poles are very heavy and kept coming undone as I slid them into the guides. Provides shade, but then you're sat in a heatbox, protected from the sun but baking from the heat. Poorly designed. It's big and bulky when packed, so not convenient if you're tight on space. Cannot recommend.
