Defective Bottle Boot

I purchased 2 bottle and the bottle boot that came with one of the water bottles was defective. The permanent marker smeared each time I tried to write on it. This issue is only seen on one water bottle but hydroflask would not send a replacement boot claiming it is not part of the warranty. Disappointed.

Love This!

Love this for my toddler. It’s our second one. No drips, easy for her to open and carry. And the rubber shoe on the bottom minimizes the water bottle noise.
