I’ve tried just about every chew, bar, and fuel option on the market, and these Honey Stinger Waffles are hands down my favorite. First off, they actually taste amazing. It feels like you’re eating a legitimate treat or a soft cookie rather than standard 'sports fuel.' The Vanilla flavor is perfectly sweet without being overwhelming, and it doesn't leave a weird artificial aftertaste. They provide an instant, clean energy boost that keeps me feeling strong, with absolutely zero sugar crashes later on. It’s the perfect amount of carbs to keep the momentum going when you start hitting a wall.

Got this for a 10 mile run. It's a bit crummy, but also I was eating it a little piece at a time and I think it's meant to be consumed all at once. Flavor and texture was good.

My go to snack before a workout or before I hit the hardwood

My husband bought this stinger waffle to use on his 2 day 110 Mile charity bike ride while assisting adaptive athletes. The weather was warm with varying terrain. Stinger enabled him to refuel to complete both phases of the ride.
