Kerlon 1000 outer tent fabric and 9mm poles make for a supremely lightweight tent that is still quite strong
3 Season design ventilation is built into the construction, and the inner tent mesh areas have no backing fabric panels
Tunnel construction offers maximum space to weight ratio and is the ideal choice for mobile journeys
Linked but seperable inner and outer tent for simultaneous pitching
Tunnel design requires only four pegs for pitching, and the simple, single-opening, continuous sleeve and pole tensioner pole system is quick to pitch and remarkably stable
A single entrance and vestibule afford easy access and plenty of storage space, but keep the weight very low
An optional footprint covers only the inner tent area and not the vestibule. It connects directly to the tent, and can be left attached during pitching
Inner tent can be replaced with a mesh Inner tent
Outer and inner tents can be used separately. Pitching the inner tent alone requires optional pole holderes

Superb Tent
I bought this tent after my wife and I hiked Scotland's TGO. I learned the hard way that a little extra weight, combined with excellent design and craftsmanship is well worth the extra cost. STAYING WARM AND DRY IN SEVERE WEATHER IS A WONDERFUL THING.

Great Features
This is my first tent. I usually use it for hiking in the mountains for more than three days. This tent is very light and easy to set up, and it is also very easy to collect. I don’t think I will buy other brands of tents anymore.

Ideal Tent For Almost Any Situation
Excellent tent. Lightweight enough for a long trip with two or three. I took it to camp at lunch counter on Mt Adams. My son and I had more than enough space, and the tent fit nicely into the rock-protected “campsites” circles at lunch counter. I have the Anjan gt3 and that tent would not have fit. Too long for most alpine campsites, at least without modification of the site. I have also camped at normal campsites with the Anjan 3 and it’s great. I think something like the black Diamond/bibler tent or a Nemo 2p variant would have been easier to set up in the rocky terrain of Summer alpine sites. However, this tent is more comfortable. Why would it be easier? This tent REQUIRES staking down. It’s not free standing. Are you going up to base camp at railroad grade on mount baker and not staking your tent down? No. Too much wind That makes something like a black diamond Todd-tex tent nothing more than uncomfortable by comparison. I think they are both as weatherproof IN the tent but the hilleberg gives you more space to set up gear, change clothes, put on crampons, etc. OUT of the tent and in the vestibule. The double wall design gives way more breathability than the single wall Todd Tex I have both. I use the hilleberg I normally use the gt3 when doing anything but small-site camping. I use the Anjan 3 on small site camping.

Great Tent
Anjan is another of Hilleberg’s new lightweight three-season tents launched in May 2012.The tent is the same size than its big brother” Nallo 3 (weight 2,4kg) but a lot lighter weighting only about 1,9kg out of the box.
