Very Nice Pot!

We boil our coffee every morning in an enamel pot and have for 25 years. It makes the best coffee, bar none. We needed one more for our cabin. This pot is beautiful, love the beige color. It will not serve 8 cups and if you fill it to just under the coffee basket which is indicated, it's 6 cups, and then of course the coffee itself soaks up a lot of the water so you end up with about 5 cups of coffee, barely. This is probably how all pots are measured, with the water level all the way up to the rim, so it's not a reflection on the company, just something to be aware of. I wish I had gotten the 12 cup, which would have translated to more like 8 actual cups. But the quality is very nice and the pot is sturdy. I don't see anything wrong with it, just wish it had been a bit larger is all.

Great Product

Great percolator so far. I have used it both indoors and outdoors. I have seen sturdier baskets and stems but so far it has worked great. The old school look is cool. I love the cream color.

Cookware

The product looks great. Not fully sealed at bottom area.

Exactly what it's intended to be. Great for making coffee and heating water while camping. Not much to say except that it just works.

Good Ol Percolator

exceeds expectations make good ol coffee. Used it in freezing north Minnesota.

It's a great coffee pot but the lid is held on by a flimsy aluminum clasp that frequently separates allowing the lid to fall off.

Great Little Pot

I use this mostly for heating up water for tea or cleaning dishes (sorry coffee drinkers). This pot works great for my car camping setup and I really like the size for 2-3 people.

Fast And Easy With Minimal Effort

This is the perfect size for to make 6 cups of coffee. Worked exactly how it should and the handle didn't get untouchably hot.

Lots Of Coffee

This thing is big and makes a lot of coffee. Definitely wouldn’t take it backpacking because of the size and weight but It’s great for car camping. I’ve used mine many times and it’s held up well so far.

Chuck Wagon Essential

Yee haw, nothing like the smell of wood smoke and percolating coffee in the morning. Crawl out of your tent, stoke last night's fire and set the coffee boiling. Don't make your grounds to fine and don't scorch it to the melting point and this pot will serve you well. Makes a big enough batch for 3 to 4 people.

Solid built, reliable, full-size coffee pot good for camping and backpacking

BLUF: durable little trail pitcher/percolater that stands up to being over a fire again and again. Pros: durable, easy to use, and enamel coating reduces heat transfer between pitcher, handle, and your hand. Cons: percolator can be finicky to clean in a pure camping environment, but if you're glamping/car camping with additional sustainment gear it's no worry; enamel coating makes it near impossible to de-carbon after a trip. Overall, just use expectation management in regards to this: while it won't bubble up a super-quick cup of coffee like your Keurig at home and there may be some grounds in your coffee once you do get it in your cup, you're getting a reliable and durable pitcher/percolator that my wife and I have used many times over the years on our forays into the middle of nowhere, and though it is showing minor wear it's still in great shape and I anticipate it being a part of our kit for years to come.
