It's not a one size fit all at all. It was small and tight on my head. Additionally it feels incredibly cheap.

Not Adjustable

I was fine in this until I tried to use it. You can’t adjust the straps so if your head isn’t exactly the right shape and size- the chin strap cuts into your neck. I have to loosen the dial just to get it comfortable about the neck but then the actual helmet is loose. I also ride a drop down handlebar on a gravel bike and I can’t really comfortably look up from my crouched position because the strap isn’t adjustable. I’ve used this on one short ride and I have to go get a different one. if you’re kicking around on a cruiser where you’re completely upright, maybe this works for you. It doesn’t for me.

Life Saver

Dick’s is asking for an honest review, so here goes... in most of my good reviews I would usually just write the product looks nice or the fit is perfect, but for this Giro Verce bike helmet, I have to say more. I got into a dooring accident. I found this definition of dooring in Wikipedia-“ Dooring is a traffic collision or crash in which a bicyclist (or other road user) rides into a motor vehicle's door, swerves to avoid or is struck by a door that was opened quickly by an occupant who failed to check carefully for approaching traffic.” This accident is very common that there is a term for it. I never imagined this could happen to me. So, I was going about 12-15 mph when the door hit me. I flew off my bike, hit the ground with my butt first, then my head. I heard a loud thud as my head smacked the pavement. With my helmet on, it felt like I hit my head with a mattress. The helmet just suffered a tiny dent.

This is the most comfortable helmet I have ever owned.
