Excellent All Around Shoe

Fantastic traction. Very good cushioning. Fit in the rearfoot and mid-foot is good, but the forefoot is a little bit baggy. I didn't love the mono-sock tongue construction — I'd have preferred a standard gusseted tongue — but it was certainly comfortable.

Bought because of all the great reviews. Some say they are hard to get on but I’m 67 and have a bad back and it just takes some getting used to. Now no problem at all.

Lightweight, Foot-hugging, Summer Trail Blitzer

I enjoy strapping these sock-fitting shoes on for quick trail hikes up to eight miles. They are lightweight and breathe really nicely under the heat of the summer and my wool socks. I replaced the footbed with medium-thick Sole inserts, giving me more stiffness and protection against any rocky trail conditions and allow for more foot structure and alignment. The sock structure is really helpful for keeping the shoe fitting snug and at-one with the trail. I like these shoes so much, I bought a second pair to have on-hand when I’ve hiked these into the ground!
