Nice little cook stove when I don't have time to waste with the dual fuel model.

Used this in my last camping trip. They said they have a stove for me but never saw one. Luckily my portable stove saved my night. Easy to use, easy to set up and put away. Fit my bag perfectly and has no leak.

My intended use for the stove sole purpose was to make coffee in a percolator while camping. With the provided great being so high off the burner, it would take forever to boil water. Had to weld up my own stainless steel grate so that the percolator would sit closer to the eye and it still takes 20 minutes to boil water.

It works, does the job I need it to do for simple one pot cooking. However it does have some flaws. Coleman, in this modern day outdoor gears. You need clever simple design and engineering. 1) Knob turning will always need finer adjustment rather than relying on cheap graphics. Every piece is important to the entirety, the Stover pressure regulator shouldn't be an afterthought. 2) Needs better stability grates. 3) My biggest upset is not providing a hardcase for transportation and for stowing. 4) Needs a solid secure placement to hold down the store pressure regulator. (Hence hardcase)

Stove went out and I was unable to cook the second batch of fish.
Ben..
used it twice and it's working great. It will be used a lot next summer and I will be able to give a more comprehensive review

The only thing that would make it better is a case.

Very sturdy & well made stove, only draw back is the grate & propane connection are loose, this item really needs a storage bag or box, like the butane stove.

This stove is great it heats well, is compact, and is easy to use. I do wish the grate had a clip or something so it didn't slide out of the well when it's time for storage, but that is minor. We have it in a Plano box we use as a mess kit so once it is in there it's pretty secure. The only suggestion would be to put the knobs for the gas and the sparker on the same side. It's a little too wide with them on opposite sides to neatly store away. Otherwise I think this will be a great addition to our camp gear. We had no issues with the flame flickering in the light breezes we encountered. It seems that as long as you're not cooking in a head on wind it would do well. Cooled down quickly, and packed away neatly. Thank you Coleman for offering American made products that are well built.

Great sized burner. Simmer control is fine but not precise. Wish it came with a case and a windscreen

Good packaging. Easy set up. Convenient. Works great! Only negative is that there is no click or clarity on when the fuel is actually off.

I love this stove. Used it to warm up tamales, cook eggs and a steak and boil water for pasta.

This stove is simply the best single burner stove I have ever used. It's not gimbaled, so it might not be suitable for your yacht, and it's too large for a backpacking stove, but if you're camping out of a vehicle, the Cascade 18's burner/heat control is wonderfully infinite in it's ability to adjust the burner flame. No wind blocking baffles? Improvise. No case or carrying bag? Improvise. This stove's wide square base and large grill surface make it very stable. But it's really all about the beautiful burner/heat control. With this stove you'll be able to set the exact heat for whatever delicacy you choose to prepare. I initially bought a Cascade 3-in-1 two burner stove, and it's perfect in all respects, but the single burner Cascade 18 does it all for me. And it's smaller and lighter than the 3-in-1.

Weak points on the inside piping that broke after two monnths. Poor design, waste of money. Don't buy.
