My New Go To Shoe

I am so excited to be reviewing the new Brooks Revel 8 shoe. I feel like as I've gotten older, my feet have gotten bigger and these fit great for size 13. It's nice being able to find a shoe big enough that also looks good. The grey color goes with almost everything and I really like how it looks on the foot. This is a sharp shoe. It's also super comfortable and I'm fine in it all day long, even wearing it to a theme park all day a few weeks ago. I highly recommend giving this a try. I think you'll like it too.

Good Walking

These shoes are comfortable, but do feel slightly smaller than my other Brooks in the same size. So for me, they are more of a casual/everyday/walking shoe instead of a training shoe. They have light to medium cushion and feel like they have good support. The color is very neutral so it goes with any outfit and doesn't clash. I haven't tried previous versions of the Revel, so I'm not sure how it compares to those. Overall I do like them and they will continue to be in my rotation.

Excellent For Running And Daily Wear

“Wow, these shoes are amazing!” That is what my husband said after his first time wearing them. No breaking in required, wear well right out of the box, and are super supportive. He has worn these for both running/exercising as well as daily activities. He loves the cushioning, toe box, and the overall sturdiness of the shoe. For a running shoe, these are incredibly light weight yet have a ton of support. Only concern is how long the tread well last as he is quite hard on shoes. Overall though this is an excellent shoe, with plenty of support for running, but comfortable enough for daily use. He says he would purchase again.

Great Shoes!

I got a pair of Brooks Revel 8 about 3 weeks ago and have been loving them! I am a casual runner and have been using them pretty regularly with no discomfort. It normally takes me a couple of uses to break in new shoes, but these were perfect from the start! I really like the Revel 8 cushioning. It provided good arch support for running and also everyday wear. The shoe also has a nice mesh upper design. It has been extremely hot where I live, so the mesh has kept my feet cooler. Overall, I have really liked the Revel 8 and am excited to continue wearing them. The design of the shoe has been great for my casual running and daily use. I would highly recommend!

Brooks Revel 8

These shoes worked out great for my husband. Immediately after putting them on he stated that not only do they run true to size, but also that they are lightweight and have excellent heel support. Finding good shoes for him is a battle because he has a fair amount of sciatica and plantar fasciitis. He also stated that they don't cause fatigue when standing for long periods of time like other shoes do. We both like the fact that they look great and could mesh well with either athletic clothing or casual clothing. He tried on a couple of different outfits and they fit great with the different styles, especially being a uniform gray color. He also stated that they are comfortable for long distances and the breathable fabric provides great ventilation. His remarks after initially trying them on were, "I liked the comfort the most. They are easy to take off and put on as well." The only negative comment he had was that he wishes there were more color choices that are neutral aside from gray / black. Highly recommended!
