Founders Chase Heard and Andy Stepanian's vision for Howler Brothers was inspired by a sound they heard on their surf trips in Costa Rica – the call of the loudest animal in North America, the howler monkey. To Heard and Stepanian, the sound serves as a reminder of doing what they love.
