I bought this a month ago to do some light fishing in Harpers Ferry. It was performing ok until I reeled in my plastic crawfish bait to go home. I hooked the bait to the rod and gave it a tiny crank to secure it and the tip snapped off. The top 2-3in just broke like a twig. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had a fish on.
