Awful Should’ve Got My Money Back

Needed a black popping frog for upcoming tournament academy wouldn’t sell me one so I had to go to dicks. Throwed this one about 5 times it started sinking, no problem just squeaze the water out right, oh no squeezed the water out and same thing bait sinking, again squeeze water out make sure it is seated correctly on hook and again sinking frog had to give up.

Casts Well Good Hookset

These are my favorite frogs right now. The cast really well and the hookset ratio is higher than other frogs I've used.

Good Deal At First

I bought this and after the second cast the eyes peeled off and the frog would no longer float. I did squeeze all the water out of the hallow body. I thought maybe the frog was just defective. Tied the all black one on and same thing after a few casts.

Terrible Quality....but Frogs Hammer It

I recently purchased the smaller frog (2.25" / no weight provided) in 'Old School' pattern. I took it out of the package and both eyes were lost in my yard. Just fell off the frog. I then attempted to adjust the line tie as it was misaligned and noticed a tear where the tie attaches to the frog's mouth. I super-glued the area and tied the frog on "blind". I almost put it back in the package to return the quality was so bad. I'm glad I didn't. Took it to a nearby pond and first cast...two pound bass landed. Every other cast for an hour the frog was hammered. I tied on several other frogs of various colors, sizes and brands. Some I paid twice as much for as the z-man. Maybe one hit on these various frogs over the next hour. I tied the z-man back on and the bass again started smashing it. I don't know what it is about these but the bass seem to love them. I'm going to purchase a couple more along with a new tube of superglue and experiment with them more. For now, I say give it a try.
