Missing Drain Plug/scratched Everywhere

I was so excited to get a Tundra 65 for my birthday. Unfortunately the cooler was not wrapped inside of the box (free floating). When taken out to inspect, the cooler did not come with the drain plug and has multiple scratches and gouges around the entire outside. For a cooler that costs as much as this does, certainly disappointing. Not sure if this was a floor model.

Excited Momentarily

After much consideration, I decided to buy the 65 tundra after seeing it in person at a store. Boy my smile was from ear to ear. After receiving it, I opened up the box and the first thing I see is this nasty scuff right in the face and than streaks along the top of the lid. Totally unacceptable for the amount of money I spent.

Finally took the plunge of investing in a cooler to get me thru the weekend. YETI has provided that!

My New Friend

Just used this on my first camping trip this past weekend. Did a great job for a 4 day stretch. I already stickered the heck out of it also. I may have overpacked the cooler though, because the ice didn’t last as long as I’d hoped. I’ll do better next time since this is my first “learning” trip. Hoping this is the first of MANY uses for my new friend!

Quality In Question

I bought a green 65 last summer and went camping for a week. I came back with a warped lid so I returned it and ended up with a grey 65. Come this summer, I do another week long camping trip, and the lid warps again. The ice didn't even last 3 days even when following the pre-chilling they recommend. Humidity never hit 60% and temperatures peaked at 93 degrees. That should be well within this cooler's operating range. I'm starting to doubt YETI coolers at this point. Sure there's a warranty but now I have to lose all the stickers I collected and deal with the hassle. Picture 1 is after finding out the lid warped. Pictures 2 and 3 show the cooler after being racket strapped down in the shade for a few hours.
