Great But Shoulder Strap Removes Too Easily

It’s great. Four stars because, as much as I love the removable strap, it comes off a bit too easily for me. It comes off when I don’t want it to, but the flip side is that it always comes off when I want it to. Happy trails!

We had a bear steal this cooler while we were camping, when we found it he had left claw marks and teeth marks all over it but still couldn’t open it due to good security and quality and still works but not the best any more do to the bites of a bear but we still use it. And I think it’s worth the price

False Advertising?

I bought this product a few days ago and it came with a coupon for a free lockport by going online and entering the promo code. I went online and could not find anywhere to enter the code, I asked the chatbot about it and it said there was no such product available. I don't know of anything else to do about it.

Love My Yeti, But Ice Retention Could Be Better

I absolutely love my YETI cooler! I love the quality, durability, and overall design. My only disappointment is that the ice seems to melt much faster than I expected, especially considering YETI’s reputation for ice retention. I was hoping it would keep ice frozen for a longer period of time. Other than that, I’ve been very happy with the cooler!
