Used to keep coffee fresh. i don't quite understand how the 2 piece lid works.

Disappointment

I finally got one of these and decided to try it out .It is supposed to keep foods hot that is so far from the truth. I tried it with hot water first just to see how long it would stay hot it didn't at all. what a disappointed!
