Have been enjoying our new grill now for a few months. Heats well and cooks evenly. Easy to maintain and keep clean. Protected by our Weber grill cover. Have the optional griddle insert, it's a homerun for smash burgers and anything else that does better on a griddle platform. Had an issue with a part, created by retail provider...Weber stepped in and se t replacement parts to ensure we are getting the best experience form our Weber grill....awesome product

the grill works great but it has rusted out in just a short period of time. i wrote to Weber about this and sent pictures however they could care less. I won't buy Weber again

Over 3 years I have replaced the warming rack, cook grates, and flavorizors 3 times. None of those parts are covered beyond 2 years and are approximately 1/2 the price of a new grill.

Not Weber's Best Product. Would not buy again. Casters are terrible. Tank swap out is lousy.

Thankful to purchase the original Spirit E-310 direct from Weber. The Spirit II series is not built to the same design or quality standards. Please continue to make the original Spirit line available.

I always heard Weber grills were quality units that performed well. Now I know for sure. This thing heats quickly and evenly getting me ready to throw steaks on within a few minutes. I also like the porcelain coated cast iron grill grates, and am sure they will last a lot longer because of the coating. I am going to get a half griddle insert to try out as well.

I have owned a Weber grill for about 10 years and purchased a new one as a replacement I am very satisfied with your warranty and service after purchase and would recommend Weber highly.

The grill was delivered with major damage to the outside box. Upon opening we notices the lid of the grill where the hinge attaches was broken. We called Weber they refused to replace the entire unit. They sent another lid. When the new lid arrived we opened up the rest of the box and discovered the cook-box was also damaged beyond repair. We had to get another cook-box and relocate all the burners and the instructions on this kind of suck. It cooks OK. Just makes me think these guys at Weber aren't very proud of there products as all tech support is overseas and asking them to repeat every other sentence is a pain in the you know what.

I have a Weber Genesis I have owned for almost 30 years it’s a jewel. I just purchased the Weber Spirit just a down size it’s a very nice grill with the exception of the side panel the Powdeecoat is like one big bubble it needs to be replaced
very nice grill it was a gif for us and a exelent one at that sharp looking and easy to use only thig i did not like was putting it together not easy
