Solid Glass

Bought these for my 8yo son going into his first deer season. Out of the box they feel solid. He has really enjoyed glassing with them so far. We’ve been out about 3 times and he’s using them constantly. He’s also glassing up deer on our evening truck scouting trips. Perfect size for him. Easy to set them to his eyes. Vortex has again made a terrific tool.

Vortex Batam Binocular

These are the perfect gift for young shooters and hunters. I have used these to glass birds and deer in the back yard out to 300 yards. Very easy to get them focused and adjust the ocular to the users preference.

Very Impressed

I am really impressed with this products. I got a pair of Vortex Bantam binoculars and last hunting season, during an adrenaline rush, I left them in the woods and ended going home without them. The next week I hiked back to where I had left them and found them buried in about a foot of snow. After taking them back to the truck I realized they were perfectly fine and I still have them to this day. They are an extremely durable pair of binoculars I can only imagine how durable the higher quality models are.

Great Beginner Binoculars

These are great for a first-time pair and I'm satisfied with the quality and price.

Best Turkey Bino Ever

Compact, lightweight, and small—perfect! Hard to beat for turkey hunting binoculars that fit almost anywhere.

Not Just For Kids

Bought a pair of these for myself for birding in the dense woods. Love them! Lightweight, durable and super clear. I also have difficulty with some larger binoculars in that my eyes are pretty close together and some just wont work. These are awesome!

These Are Youth Sized

Didn't notice they are youth binoculars until after the purchase. Couldn't use, had to return. Who even knows youth binoculars exist?

Met Expectations

Bought as a Christmas present for my grandson!! He was so excited and eager to use them on his next camping trip.

Binoculars That Kids Of Any Age Can Use

Vortex Bantam HDs provide a clear and bright image, are easy for anyone to use, and are definitely NOT a toy. Photo is my 4 year old granddaughter taking a break from the nature walk (wish I had someone to wheel me around while looking at the birds); it should be noted that her 71 year old Nana prefers them, too, for their very light weight. Highly recommended.

3 Year Old Is Obesssed.

My 3 year old absolutely loves these binos. They fit his face and hands perfectly!

Perfect Truck Pair

I bought four pairs for my niece and nephews for Christmas this year because they are getting to the young hunting age and they needed their first pair of binos. Needless to say I'll be buying a pair for my truck. The quality for the price point is truly amazing and have no complaints

Surprisingly Good

I wasn't expecting much from a binocular at this price point, but the bantam is surprisingly good. It's not a toy. Build quality was good, although the ocular guards were a bit loose. Focuser works smoothly. Eye relief is good and works with glasses. It is a bit finicky about eye placement to avoid beaning. The view is bright and sharp at the center. Falling off begins on the outer part of the view, but isn't too dramatic. The field of view is decent. For a child/youth it will do the job and they will love it. For Christmas or birthday they will be delighted. Adults can use it as well, if they are looking for something light with low magnification. At this price you will be hard pressed to find something better. In addition, the warranty is great if anything goes wrong.
