For Phillipines

Ive run a ton of different water shoes, from the cheap ankle neoprene to the nicer ankle booties for white water by nrs. The last pair of vibrams I used was the original KSO for cliff jumping, paddle boarding, surfing and caving. Im about to go to the Phillipine Islands for 6 weeks and needed a new and improved pair for water adventures. These ar perfect, lightweight and fast drying if you need the perfect water shoe for on and off boat adventures. As long as you understand what youre buying with these Aqua shoes, you will not be dissapointed.

You’ll Feel Stupid The First Time You Wear These

But they’re really worth it. I’ve always hated most shoes and spent as much time as possible in non-public locations barefoot, because even wides still put a lot of pressure on my small toes and feel constraining. Wearing the sports for a couple light runs almost instantly allowed my toes to stretch back to their appropriate length. If I’d thought to take a before and after it would probably be a half an inch longer in the little toe because it’s not compressed. I pretty quickly followed those up with the V-Aqua, which will be my main hiking shoes in the summer. They’re really light (though the sole is slightly beefier), dry quickly, have drainage holes so if I step in a river they won’t stay full of water, and the grip is excellent. They’re an adjustment to put on the first couple of times, and they recommend easing into use to avoid too much stress on stabilizer muscles you might not use with heavy boots, but I don’t plan on going back. I’ll likely be adding the insulated V-Trek for winter hiking and be good to go.

Soles Could Be Thicker

I love these water shoes. I’ve been wanting a pair of five fingers for a long time. My only gripe is they are really too thin on the bottom. I have super sensitive feet so if they were thicker it would be super comfortable. Other than that I love them. I have a lazy pinky toe so that was the only issue going into them. After a while of wearing them it’s fine.

Amazing Sooo Comfortable!

I've been wearing them everywhere. Great in and out of water. I don't even need my hiking shoes anymore. It's all the comfort of being bear foot but with the protection of a shoe. I'll definitely be buying more.

Close Fit

I have worn these for years. Good for conditions where you want no slip between feet and shoe. Not slip-on
