If You Are Between Sizes Order One Size Up To Layer

I'm 5'8, 150 lbs, athletic build, small chested. I ordered a M and found it tight in the shoulders and chest. I want to use this as a jacket, so I am exchanging for a L. Love the colors, fabric and snaps.
