I bought a size 2 Earth Works pant about a month ago. I’m 5’3”, 100 lbs and after I washed them I dried them in the dryer and they fit well. I ended up buying 3 pair.

Flattering And Comfortable!!
I have 5 pairs of these-love the colors, comfort, and they look great.
They are stretchy, but don't get baggy throughout the day

Good Pants
I liked these, but the color that I ordered (starfish) was a bit drab and they kind of looked like work pants so I ended up returning them. I think they would be nice in another color. They fit nice and were flattering and seemed to be nice quality.

Quality Pants Except.....
There were things that I loved about these pants....For example,
The color was awesome and the quality was hard to beat. The overall fit was odd. They fit fine in the waist, hips and thigh area. But, they were entirely too tight in the calf area. For reference, I am 5'3 and weigh around 115lbs. I was so hopeful that they would work out but sadly, they will be returned.
