Great Until It's Not

I paid a lot of money for this carrier and then wanted the conversion kit. The handle is too low, making you walk with your back hunched because if you get closer to the carrier (so you can actually walk upright?) you end up kicking the bottom of the back of the carrier which is definitely not a nice ride for your pup. I'm not impressed with this oversight or the fact that they don't manufacture an extension handle to compensate for it. Do better THULE.
