These components may be used separately. The refills are safe for long-term storage and fit all ThermaCELL mosquito repellent models.

Not Convinced

We purchased two of the patio units. The first one we opened. Wouldn’t light very well and never got very warm. It was not effective at all. We tried a different fuel cartridge and scent pad. It still was very hard to ignite or keep heating. We opened the second one and it was completely different. With the multi insect pad it seems to be a better. We will return the fist one for a new one. We have been using the u it’s just over a week and so far not sure this is the answer for Maine. We will try one more week and if it’s not better we will stop using the units. Too many bites

Had 10 bucks to spend so I bought refills Does this stuff work? I don’t know but the fuel always runs out way faster than the pads.

3 Out Of 5 Worked

I Purchased 5 for a backyard party. The ones that worked were very effective, but two of them burned very slowly so that the repellent was still mostly blue after 7 hours. Yes, there was a glow the whole time and the repellent did change color slightly.
