2-star Penalty For Inaccurate Desciption/photo
I like the color, the fabric (merino + lyocell), and the styling. But the product description and photo show a 2-way front zipper that isn't used on the garment I received. So I feel a little disappointed with the single zipper. Also, better zipper pulls and higher gauge zippers would improve this hoodie.

Too thin, too baggy, lots of material (fuzz) came off in first wash - hey that is insulating material that I just lost. The string on the zipper is for sure going to get lost(already trying to slide off). Regret keeping it for sure. I should have just bought a new Quantum.

Nice One But The Zipper Puller Is Defective
I ordered one with 35% discount but I did not expect the quality is discounted as well. I found the zipper puller with a green string is much smaller than the pocket zipper pullers and looks different from the picture shown online. I wonder why you are selling the defective jacket?
