Bad Zippers This Year (2023)
The first jacket I ordered zipped up easily enough but I could not get it to detach at the bottom when unzipping without a huge struggle. The base of the zipper was a little deformed, so I returned it and replaced it with another. This one is better, less of a struggle, but there's still a struggle most of the time. I've had another ThermoBall jacket for a few years and never experienced this with it. Hoping they fix the zipper issue for next year's model.
