Needs To Fit Better

I just recently got this sweater as a gift, I sized up to have a oversized fit but it does not fit that way. It is wide in the shoulder's making them looks boxed and fitting at the torso and tight at the waist. When I thin oversized I think loose and comfortable, this sweater has not give in it at all. Not very happy with this product but it was a gift and I can not return. This sweater should be redesigned on better material.
