Not For The Wet Outside Conditions

Was expecting these pants to be more weather repellent and they were not. Thought these were equivalent to rain gear. Wore them once outside in moderate rain and they absorbed water and were heavy and uncomfortable to wear. Size was larger than true to size and the draw string waist was less than sufficient to cinch the waistband tight.
