A Happy Customer

I like the versatility and warmth of the jacket. I know I'll get lots of use of it in future winters.

Versatile

Looks so slick! I love the two layers. I paired it with the matching freedom bibs.

Multipurpose.

Absolutely love this Ski Jacket. Leave the liner in for cold days. Take the liner out for warm days. Wear the liner out to dinner that night.

I Would Never Buy This Product Again.

Let me start by saying the jacket fits as expected, and the construction is very nice. However the liner is so wafer paper thin, it isn't durable whatsoever. There were signs of wear before the end of the first season I wore the jacket. The zippers on my North face bib rubbed straight through the liner. The liner gets caught in the zipper constantly if you're not careful every zip (the zipper ripped straight through the liner eventually). Not to mention the liner on my upper-middle back is so worn down it's about to completely disintegrate at this point. If you need a durable jacket for skiing, do not buy this jacket! You will be so disappointed that you spent so much money on something that is "made to last" but falls apart before two full seasons of skiing are done.

Tight Fit, Long Arm

I'm very disappointed with this jacket. The fit is really bad around the neck, shoulders, and chest. The sleeves are also too long, and the material feels thin and cheap compared to what I expected. I ordered one medium for myself and one small for my child, but unfortunately, I'll be returning both. What's most disappointing is that I still own the same jacket from 20 years ago, and it's still in great condition. The quality back then was much better.

Good But Watch The Size

Bought the xl following the online guides but actually the l would be a better size, very loose. Other than that it's super nice

Good; For The Price

Good for the price, solid hemming, good insulation

Great Coat, I'd Buy It Again.

I wear this coat on-mountain 2 days per week minimum, my 3rd TNF snowboarding coat overall. Does all of the things I need to do; I stay warm and dry, and there's freedom of movement in my shoulders. I like the contrasting drawstrings/cords (highlighter green on my blue/black coat) so they're easy to find, and that the snow skirt kind of tucks away. The only drawback on this coat for me is pockets - I'd like to another external chest pocket on the shell (like the Chakal) and pocket(s) in the thermoball liner. A suggestion is a microphone/radio loop on the front shoulders. With more and more skiers/snowboarders using radio comms, a place to clip the radio or microphone, without having to wear a backpack, would be great.

I Would Reccomend

I ski in this jacket and wear the inside layer as an every day coat. It is truly multi use.

Highly Recommend This Jacket.

It's versatile for both cold and warmer weather with the multiple layers. My son is appreciating that it's wind and water proof and that he will have those benefits in all seasons with this jacket. It fits well and looks great, not bulky but still has the necessary warmth. The length adds warmth and more wind/water protection. All-time favorite jacket.

I Highly Recommend This Jacket(s)

Great jacket, or should I say jackets. The three layer option keeps me warm and dry in all conditions, either on the slopes or around town.

This Was A Good Purchase.

This is a solid jacket, My only gripe? I cannot detach the hood. I like how warm the jacket is. It blocks the wind.

Good But 2 Pet Peeves

I highly prefer the external pocket to be on the opposite side as it was on the old model. The old model was also significantly warmer.
