Sent Used Slippers

I was sent used shoes (not even in a shoebox, just loose in a cardboard box) with dirty on the soles. When I chatted with support I was offered $10 worth of points to dicks. Not surprisingly I decided to just return the $80+ slippers rather than keep a used pair worn by who knows. Super disappointed with the whole experience and I had to drive 40 minutes to a FedEx just to return them.

Really Warm And Can Be Worn Outside As Well

I was looking for a house slipper that I could wear outside to walk the dog, etc. and I found these to be perfect. And I got them on sale! These are definitely comfortable and keep your feet really warm. I would highly recommend.

Looks Good On The Outside, Not So Much On The Inside

I wanted cozy slippers to replace my UGGs. And also slippers to wear outside when I get the mail, Uber eats, or even a quick run to CVS. These are comfy and look dope. However, the insole logo has pretty much been disintegrated after one use. Sure, it's the inside, who cares? I could always get new insoles. But for $75 you'd think the logo would be intact. That's like a brand's nightmare. Well, I might just peel the logo off to save me the headache. Anyways, I wish I bought these on sale. Still low-key dope though.
