Tried on the women's version of this jacket and didn't find the cropped fit flattering - also didn't love the mesh material around the neck that comes on the woman's version. To my surprise, the men's version didn't have it so I got the size small. Wore it out tonight on a cool spring night down by the lake and it was perfect! The mesh pocket in the front is super trendy. Would highly recommend!

Super Versatile
I am very happy with the Pathfinder pullover. It's going to be a great piece to have for the summer, that can be used for many different activities. My main reason was for early morning kayaking, or just when the weather isn't optimal. It should be great for that with it's water resistance, slight stretch, breathability and ample storage/pockets. I really like the adjustable hood, it fits great and easy to cinch down. This will also be something I bring on backpacking trips, as a lightweight outer shell. The seams are setup well for carrying a pack comfortably and the hip belt won't interfere with the pockets as bad as most jackets. The fit is slightly loose and allows for easy layering underneath. I'm also pretty excited to be able to carry my freeze-dried meals handsfree using the mesh pocket. Meals on the go just got a bit easier lol. I got the Pathfinder shorts as well and I swear those pockets were meant to be drinks holders. A little different looking, but definitely useful.
