[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a jacket that doesn't have a hood. My ears hurt if they get cold so I bought this to try and fix that problem. Man it is perfect! Even though it says for a kid it works for an adult! Yes I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddo has never used a powder hood or any other face covering so it will take some getting used to but for the most part it kept her nose warm and dry in 14*F and 3 feet of powder while she was sledding. It runs a little big for my 6 year old and doesn't have as many adjustments as the adult version but it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ell made, easy to use, versatile wearing (hood on/off, mouth cover on off, and neck warmer). This really keeps wind and moisture off of my son's neck, face, and head. I like that it's not tight all over too. He can wear the hood on or off, with a hat under it, and the mouth is flexible and not tight. Being able to keep it on my child and keep the wind off his neck is important. I absolutely love this hood and recommend it for any cold climate.

This is really nicely constructed, but if you're going to use it without a helmet/outside of sports, you need to layer in a hat, because it doesn't protect the forehead at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a saviour for my Alaska trip. Previous reviews said these are meant for skiing or snowboarding and to be worn outside a helmet. I purchased kids one so I could wear it without a helmet. I wore this during a dog sledding and I cannot imagine how I could survive without this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for my son and he loved it! It's soft and effective at keeping the cold out sround his fsce, neck and head. A bit loose on the head but he wears a hat under it.

Small is not helmet compatible. Way too small for my 3 year old. Medium fits my 6 year old over helmet but barely. Disappointed in this product. Expect it to be better by north face
