I have been a long time 10K customer, but I have noticed a disturbing trend on the quality of their products. I have had the seems come unwoven on two pairs of interval pants. One luckily was within the 1yr warranty window(replaced by 10K), but one was just passed the window. I have also had seems come unglued on other 10K products (reglued myself as they were out of window). They seem to have a quality issue, which coupled with the high price point and the limited 1yr warranty, has forced me to move on from them. Hopefully they prioritize quality again, or extend their warranty to cover manufacturer defects for much longer than 1yr. I cold wash and line dry all my clothing at this price point, so I was very disappointed to notice multiple seams failing.
