Great Auger

Nice hand auger. Cut through 6” of ice with easy. My 10 year old used it just as was for cutting holes.

Dicks Shoppers Beware

I received this as a Christmas gift from my wife who paid $79.99. I tried to use it the weekend after and the auger was bent and wouldn't cut a hole in the ice. Tried to return to dicks without a receipt and she had paid cash trying to get a store credit from the store. It was in the original box marked $79.99 with a dicks shipping tag on it and had been previously taped shut, I'm assuming from a previous return because it was bent. The cashier offered me a gift card for $30 saying that was the best she could do for me and asked if I would like to apply for a dicks scorecard. My family lost $50 by shopping at a local Dicks store when we should have shopped somewhere else with a better return policy. This auger never sells for $30, definitely not in December during ice fishing season. Maybe it does in July if it's a returned bent one that's been taped back up and thrown on the shelf for the next unsuspecting shopper. Buyer beware!
