Good Mug, Lame Lid

The mug size is nice, it fits in the car cup holder well, the engraving turned out great. My biggest complaint is that the lid does not have a piece to close, which doesn’t make sense for a travel mug? I emailed the company to ask if there is a substitute lid, and they said no.
