Defective Lid

The rubber seal is loose, so the lid doesn’t close securely. Clearly defective and very disappointing.

Awesome Product

This travel mug is exactly what I was looking for, I carry my mug in a backpack so I needed something that wouldn’t spill and I found it. I tested it before I took it to work with water and it didn’t leak. I also wanted a 20 oz and this was one of the only ones I found in that size. I’m impressed with the lid set up also, very easy to clean because it has flat parts that the coffee comes in contact with, I’ve had others that have open sections which the coffee gets built up over time and very hard to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for that fits in the side pocket of my bag, has a handle, so I pull it out of the side pocket and water tight to avoid any leaks.

Great On-the-go Bottle

I bought this to use at the office. I really like how the lid has a handle to carry around, and how slim the bottle is to fit in a car's cup holder. The bottle also keeps my hot water hot, and cold water cold.

Nice Design But Hard To Clean On The Lid Part

Leaking Lid

Bought this last week, was super excited to use it for the first time. I hand washed, put in my coffee, then went to work. I bent down to take a look at something, only to stand up and have a puddle of my coffee on the floor. I looked at the gasket to see if it looked damaged or twisted but nothing looked wrong. I tried tightening it more but it doesn’t matter what I do, the coffee still pours out the handled-lid. Really disappointed

Perfect For Me.

This is the second Café-To-Go Travel mug I’ve bought since Nov 2025. Lol, did I need it, probably not. Am I glad to have it? Yes, ecstatic 🤩, actually. I use it for black to drink while at work. Stays hot for at least 5 hrs hours. Warm for 4+ hours. I make tea at 7 am. It is still warm when I get home by 4pm. I like that I can easily clean both tops, no intricate parts to dissemble to clean. I like that the mug is 20 ounces vs 16. I use one mug for black tea and the other for herbal tea.

Warm, Leak-proof, Easy To Carry!

Easy to clean, keeps my tea warm for so long, and I love how the top handle part comes off from the mouth sipping part. You basically get 2 tops out of it. It’s very nice. Can fit my loose leaf tea strainer nicely too. Very easy to clean the main part, but the top can get a bit grimy w my lipstick.
