Residue Gets Trapped Inside The Lid?

I had iced coffee in this bottle yesterday and put it in the dishwasher afterward. I made sure the bottle was completely dry before using it again today. However, while drinking water today, I noticed something brown coming out from the lid. I’m guessing some coffee residue gets trapped inside the lid, and I am not able to clean it properly. This is concerning because anything could be trapped inside the lid - like soap etc. Cute bottle, but I will toss it out… :(

Unusable After First Use.

I Won’t Recommend, It’s Not Worth The Price

It’s really cute and practical but my coffee it’s not as hot as they say. It keeps it warm at least 2 hours at the most maybe less

I was disappointed with this travel mug. It doesn’t keep drinks hot for as long as advertised, and after a small fall from a low height, it got damaged immediately. I expected much better quality and durability.

A Great Travel Cup!

I love this cup because it keeps my coffee hot for literally hours. I fill it at 8AM and at 2PM, it will still be warm enough to finish. My only complaint is that sometimes, when I unscrew the lid, I also unscrew the top of the cup as well. But it’s a minor inconvenience at most.

Great Heat Retaining Mug For Coffee And Tea At Work

I have the Stanley + Starbucks collaboration travel mug and I strictly use it for coffee and tea at work. I’ve used it to fill up in the morning Sat 6 am and it has kept my coffee or tea warm until 2PM. My only small complaint is that it is very hard to clean and ai highly recommend investing in a brush to clean the small crevices in the lid.

Poor Quality And Service

I placed my order on Feb 20th, thinking that I can make use of this coffee mug to hold some warm water for my winter walks. Well, I didn't get the product until March 12th, when the weather is already warming up. What was even more disappointing was there are scratches on the rim! I was expecting high quality standards from Stanley products. So, what am I supposed to do now? Start a returning process and God knows when it's going to go through? Needless to say, I'm very angry over this.

One Brilliant One Defective

I order two of these, one black one white. Sadly the black one was defective. The liquid didn’t stay hot for longer than 20 mins. And the outside of the cup was extremely hot!! The white one worked perfectly! Sadly I had to return the black one.
