Extremely difficult to flip the straw up. Even more difficult for my child. I even bought a different one to confirm if I just had a bad cup but all of them are like that.

Flip Straw Is Impossible To Open

I am so disappointed with the 14oz cup. I own three of the 30oz and love them. I decided to buy two of the 14oz for my kids for back to school (and had them personalized). The new flip straw on the cups is IMPOSSIBLE to open. It's so hard for me and my husband to open and there is no way for my kids to open. We can't use them and I can't return because they're customized. I've submitted a warranty claim because it seems like there is a defect. We've always used Yetis for the kids and no issues at all with opening.

Change The Lid

My kids cannot open these…I can barely open them myself

Very Difficult Straw To Flip Up

Most of the features are good and it definitely keeps drinks cold. I dont understand how nobody else, especially kids, dont have issues with flipping the straw up. Its difficult for 2 adults to do it, to the point where if it was my cup, I would be really annoyed at how difficult it is. A few times of putting the straw up and down and my thumb hurts. My 9 year old cannot even get it without using nearly all her strength and thats only sometimes.

Bought this bottle a month ago from a store and since then the bottle has worked good up until i noticed that when put down on its its leaks alot of water from all sides of bottle which caught me by surprise at soccer when a bond of mud was forming around my bottle. Other than that the bottle jas done fine

Perfect Mug

I am absolutely amazed by these mugs, they are the perfect size for a cup of coffee and rugged. I have set of 6 that i take camping to share a cup of coffee with friends and family and it never fails everyone loves them and tries to "forget" to return them. I really hope that they remain in production and would love to see these in an OD green or a Coyote Tan, even an orange all in the matte finish like the black ones. Definitely a bargain deal. If they ever come out in those Matte finish in the Od green, Coyote brown or Matte orange i will quickly buy them. Do yourself a favor and pick these up while you can.

Freaking Awesome

Took these cups camping for morning coffee, kept everything hot (burn your tongue hot) well past 30 minutes with the lid on. Will see how it holds up with use, but initial impressions are great. Coating seems durable, and the fact it’s dishwasher friendly is appealing.

Efficient

I prefer this handle much better over the regular quencher it just feels better in my hand when holding it.
