Sorel Mens Hi Line Waterproof Lace Boots
I bought a pair of these a couple of weeks ago for each of my three kids. They have worn them and are comfortable and water proof. I got a great deal on them at the Dick's Outlet in Rockville Maryland.

Comfortable
I got this boot the way I except it. Very comfortable but it's narrow.

Braindead Design
This boot has no gusset on the tongue whatsoever. The tongue is not attached to the shaft in any way that prevents water or anything from coming in. Why would you ever make an 8 inch tall boot like this? It will not keep any water, snow, dirt, rocks, etc out. The tongue also will not stay in place because of the lack of gusset so it slides to the left or right. Aside from all that the leather quality isn't that great especially on the tongue it just feels and looks cheap. I get an overall feeling from seeing the boots in person that they're cheap and somehow they remind me more of sneakers than leather boots.
