These are very comfortable boots! They broke in very quickly and the inside is soft. I walk my dog in them almost every day, on sidewalks and on trails and they are comfortable to walk in on both types of surfaces. With half decent socks they are warm enough for me to wear in temperatures in the 30s. They aren't super insulated though. I've walked through deep puddles in them and my socks stay 100% dry.
